428 Angled carb spacer - Original?

Cleaning out my stuff, found this in a box, I'm pretty sure it's from the 428, but not sure. Car was a 428 SCJ with Shaker. Appears to be used to angle the carb to make the shaker scoop match the hood line.

Can anyone identify this spacer?
