Posted some pics of the 428 and tranny together, ready pretty much to drop into the car. Just have to make a hydraulic clutch set up (should not be too hard)
Centerforce clutch, tranny, and FE together

The nice thing is, that the engine has already been running, on the stand that I made. So I don't have to worry... "will it start or not?" when I drop it in the car.

I am hoping to have much of my body work done, and do an in car mock up in a month or two.

Once I do that, if I have to pound on the headers or shock towers, I can do that, before I send the headers in for ceramic coating, and send the car in to have the engine bay painted.

I voted on your poll for the 3x2. But either the Webers or 2x4 would also be nice. The 3x2's are a bit more street friendly though, as long as you can get good carbs for it.

Thanks for you vote. I am trying to concentrate, on getting the car's bodywork done, then painted. The goal is to get it all together and running for next summer. Getting there, but lots to do still. Probably next summer, I am going to look at the intake, aong with a set of aluminum heads to reduce the front end weight.
