429 carb help

I need some help with carb size thing is I have to holley carbs one a 600cfm the other a 750 cfm Im not sure which to use though. My 429 is a 1972model and it only has a 8:5:1 cr, it is all stock internally, even cam, the only mods really, are no smog, or egr, no a/c , timing advanced, 1" carb spacer, and 160* thermostat, and dual 2.5" exhaust ,oh and it had thr d2ve heads which suck only made 1 year with open chambers i switched them out for a set of fresh d3ve, same cc size but closed chambers.What carb would you reccomend, and how much power do you think this motor will make?

yeah ive been to his site its actually in my favorites list, he has a pretty nice car to, I asked him some questions before,yeah he has alot of info on ford big blocks.
