I'm putting a 460 in to a 90 GT and I want a 5 speed tranny. Will the t5 work or do I need to go another route? Which bellhousing will work? I'm new to the ford scene, so go easy.

Ive seen some beefed up t5's but really dont believe its a cost effective or reliable transmission for anyone who combines power with aggressive driving. If your stuck on a five speed, look into a TKO 500 or 600. They can actually be purchased for a reasonable amount and wont cost you the time and money of trying to get a t5 to stand up to the tourque of any big block worth chucking the 5.0.
If you're new to the Mustang scene, you might want to do a little research before deciding to drop that lump into a Fox. A Windsor-based engine is a much better and easier fit in these cars. Much better bang for the buck.
