for the reverse and NSS wiring, will I have to wire in plugs to the switches that are in the side of the 3650s case?anyone know where I can get the plugs?

I guess it would be easier to get the whole transmission harness from a 3650 equipped car.

what about the clutch interrupt switch? I assume that would be wired inline with the nss circuit.

The transmission harness new from Ford is about $80. As best as I can tell the T45 and TR3650 have the same harness. However, I would get the harness from the 96-98 MY so that you do not end up with VSS/OSS sensor issues.

The automatics and manuals have the same wiring at that point. The automatic has a jumpper installed. Simply remove the jumpper when the actually clutch safety switch is installed.
