Hey,

Thinking of doing the 4cyl swap.

How hard is it once the engine is in to run all the vaccum hoses and how many lines and connections is there roughly?

Plus how hard is it to run the fuel lines, I will be getting stock 5.0 fuel lines. Is there hangers/clips in place for the the 5.0 lines even on the 4cyl body?

Thanks!

if you got a donor car just take alot of pics.. to put stuff back where its goes.. that is what make it easy.... i didnt change the fuel lines, i just got some regular hose and connected it and it runs fine.

definitly change the fuel lines.when i got my 88 hatch it was a 4 banger conversion.they made an awful mess with the fuel lines.i found a place in nc that stripped out mustangs and got a complete set of lines.it's not that hard to change but you need to jack the car up pretty high and take the right side wheels off.there are places to attatch the lines to the body.just be careful don't bend the lines.it's less difficult to install the lines than to remove them from your donor car without bending them.if you can get them off then installation isn't that bad.
