5.0 Blackout Emblem Removal ???????

Quick question for all the mustangers out there. Anyone know a good way to remove the "GTO" or "GTS" emblem from blackout cover? I like the look of the covers but the silver emblem "in my opinion" looks out of place. I don't want to scratch them up or discolor them in the process. Any ideas???

Maybe put them out in the sun for a few hours and then go at it with your fingernail.

If anyone wants to know.... I used goo-gone on them and they came out great. I worked the actual label off with my fingernail, then used a rag to remove the remaining glue.
