Engine 5.0 Coyote Engine Swap Into An 04 V6 Body

Hello guys, this project came up in a discussion with some friends, and I really like the idea. I currently have an 04 V6 automatic Mustang. I would like to upgrade, and it was suggested that I put a 5.0 Coyote in to the current body. I think it would be a fun project, but I am trying to find out what parts/modifications I would need to be able to fit the engine into the car and have it run. Everything I might need, from tools, to transmission, to exhaust, to bolts. I need to know everything. Thanks for any input.
