5.0 EFI Swap Vaccum Lines question

Hello, I've put a '89 5.0HO in my '70 Mach1, and have been working on finishing up the conversion. I'm confused on where to run the vaccum lines. No problem with the fat one that runs to the brake booster, but the question is the small ones. They are a few that connect into a round barrel thing, and I have no idea what that barrel connects to. I don't have an air pump or vaccum canister, which seems to be where these connect to if you look at a diagram, but the diagram doesn't show the barrel thingy.
I'd appreciate any insights into these vaccum lines, can I just plug them up?
