Could be a stupid question, but is the fan wired up to pull air through the radiator? Just like greensvt21 said, if your car is overheating at slow speeds like in traffic or at a stoplight, then its more likely a fan issue. If your car is overheating driving down the road at cruising speed, then its more than likely a blocked or clogged radiator.
