OK. I got a used 5.4l 3v and need some info on the rods. I have done some research on them, Some people are saying rods from the 07-10 version of the 5.4 3v are forged I beam rods the same ones used in the Shelby GT500. The pistons are standard from the 4.6 and that all 5.4l 04-11 cranks are forged as well.. True or false?
