5.4 dohc longblock

If i got a 1999-2000 Ford 5.4 Lincoln Navigator DOHC Long Block would this fit into a 2000 gt. I'm thinking about getting it and using cobra ported heads and a few other goodies. Would it fit up to my tranny? Would it fit in my car? Any comments or thoughts would be good.

Yes it will fit in your car, the tranny would fit but I think you will have to get a different fly wheel. Im not sure of all the parts.

and youll hafta bend back the AC lines

but its possible and been done before

You dont need no stinking AC, it just weighs you down.

Search on Corral. There is a huge thread by Boss330 about his DOHC 5.4. I think he is running low 10s NA.
