I recently finished up a 5.4 swap on an 00 GT. Utilizing the 4.6 computer and sensors on the 5.4 block/intake. The engine runs ok, but surges and does not have even acceleration. It throws a lean code as I assumed it would, I believe it needs to be richened. I have an sct x4 tuner on it to delete egr/rear o2s but I need a custom tune on it. Does anyone have a 5.4 tune they can send me or advice on where to get one. Looking at going to a local dyno shop but can't get in until week after next. Any help is appreciated.
