I got these and within three days the driver window and lock don't work. They are getting power, just they are real weak. I bought them last winter, so I don't think I can return them for a refund, but I just got to installing them and they didn't last for crap.

Maby I can order new one's, send them back the ones that didn't work, and just say I got some from the dealer so I can get a refund or at least some extras that I can keep for spares or sell to get something back.

Yeah sounds like the "weak" hatch supports I got from 50resto...they couldn't hold up the hatch after 2 days...

But I haven't had any problems with them other than that...I order from them very frequently...in fact I ordered an OEM valve cover gaskets and both headlight adjusting plates from them about an hour ago

I've ordered a lot of things form them over the years, good company. I doubt they actually rebuild them, probally get them from some vendor. I guess I'll give them a call tomorow and we'll work something out.

Jason, not sure what to tell ya. for the lock actuators, i really like JR's 3 dollar actuators. i did the retrofit and recommend it!

even given the time issues, LRS might work with you - people waiting to install parts is not uncommon.

cant think of anything useful to tell ya though. good luck. Take care.

Wiring help for your doors - Free - see http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiB..._us/0900823d/80/19/59/5a/0900823d8019595a.jsp

A fix that works if the wirings good - not expensive -http://jrichker.stangnet.com/Mustang_tech/door_actuator_fix/1_of_8_door_actuator.htm

The satisfying sound of door lock actuators that work and cost less than a junkyard replacement - not priceless, but very pleasing none the less.

I have used the retrofit kits for years now. I have never had any problems with them after that.

i would probably cause a scene with 50resto. use how many times you have ordered from them as a little leverage maybe, and see if you get any where. the worst they can say is that no, they wont refund or replace it right....

The actuators from 50resto are horrible, i've gone through 2 sets and right now my door locks dont even work because to them. Just spend the extra money and buy the FMS pieces
