.60/.63 T3 turbo from SVO, wastegate setting?

What is the stock internal wastegate in an SVO .60/.63 T3 turbo set at? I have no idea what year the turbo is from; I was told that it is from an SVO. I was also told it's probably set for 10psi. Thanks guys.

usually 9-10psi

8-10 is what I've found...it can be raised beyond that but not lowered below it.

my turbo ran 10 psi with no dp , then put a patched crush bend on it and it went to 9ish psi ...it can be lowerd, sorta
