For people who don't know I kinda mess uo with stock posi two weeks ago because I was on Quaker city OH track and that track was WERY sticky so I was tryin launch from 3000-5500 but still bog down realy bad ,so I decide try on 6000 and gess what It works for me , bogs little bit until I reack power band 3k, BUT that was too muck for stock differential so clutches in diff mess up and I have a lot backlash in spider gears and that was horible drive on street on low rpms and low speed , it was bucking realy bad
So I decide to get Eaton 31 spline and Superior 31 spline from SummitRacing.com and today I and my friend mechanic swap new diff and axle in less than 2 hrs, we did 8000 backlash and biggest problem was ABD rings but we use torch and heat them up little bit so they come off
So now I can launched hard again , trany is rebuilded in february and everything have to be fine, just get new tires and I will be all set, but Notto DRs still have some meat
Tomorrow I will try this new stuff
BTW this differential make just little bit noise(until broke in) and man on corners I just need little bit gas and both tires are lock up and start spinning
