65 Mustang front disc brake swap. Pulsating

Hi, can anyone help me out with this? Did a front disc brake swap on my 65 Mustang and the booster/ pedal pulsates. Even when it’s on jack stands and in park. Something funky going on with the booster/ vacuum??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
