is there an adapter for the old style c-4's to mount up to a newer 302 roller? or if i change to 302 do i have to change the trans? don't really want to change the trans, just spent big bucks making it hp ready. just trying to plan out the motor, rebuild the 289 or go for the 302 roller. owuld luv to keep the old 289 but may cost more to build that block than to buy an already built 302 with good shtuff.
