Are you getting fuel? It takes 3 things to make any engine run. Fuel, spark and compression. Pull the fuel line of the carb and crank the engine over and see if the fuel pump is putting out. If it is putting out fuel try setting the carb to a rich condition and try giving it a few cranks. Pull out a few plugs and see if they are wet with fuel residue. If so readjust your carb and lean it out, Or see if it fires off on carb cleaner. Try putting about a cap fuel of engine oil down every cylinder. See if possibly you washed the rings from all the cranking. Has to be one of the three giving you your problem. Since you got spark you need to work it down from there.
