Hi All, I recently picked up a 66 coupe with a 68 302 in it. I rebuilt the top end with new flotek heads comp cam roller tip rockers new cam, lifters, double roller timing chain. My problem is the rockers are noisy as hell and i went over the adjustment 3 times but they are still making noise. Any suggestions or is it normal for roller tip rockers to be a bit noisy?

I have a tendency to adjust mine on the noisier side. Assuming all of the parts are correct, you may just need to do 1/8 or 1/4 turn increments until they "shush".

I'm also assuming that you're using the [turn and check drag] method.

Do you have a before and after comparison on the Flotek heads. I'm thinking of the bolt on power.
