Ok, here it is, my obsession and passion for the last 10 years. The thought of selling it is still making me a little uneasy, but I’ve decided I’m ready for something different, so this has to go first. I have spent the last 8 years building this car. Pretty much everything on the entire car, inside and out has been replaced or rebuilt. As the story always goes, I have A LOT more in this car than I’m selling it for… we all know the story. It’s a driven car, I built it to drive and that’s what I’ve done with it. It’s never seen the rain, always garage kept and covered. It’s never been to the track, so I don’t know how quick it is….yeah, I know, I hate that too. I’ve been around a lot of race cars and driven 9 second cars and I would estimate this car runs high 12’s on the motor and somewhere in the high 11’s on the 150 shot that’s on the car. I’ve never sprayed it, infact I've never even filled the bottle, but it's all there, hooked up and ready to go. I’ve never really run the car real hard. Mostly just an occasional buzz to 5k through first and second and then lifting….fast enough for me on the street. The motor was built right by Jones Race Engines in Hampton. Car turns heads everywhere. Sounds great with the 2 chamber flowmasters and 2 ½ inch exhaust, which exits from the rear GT valance. The Comp Cams Extreme Energy cam with 560 lift hits nice and hard. Get in it and drive it anywhere, I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it across the country….I wouldn’t want to pay the fuel bill, but you could do it. Always runs cool, even in the hot and humid summer days..it might get to 195 degrees when sitting in traffic on a really hot day. Trans was built by local builder with many years of building transmissions for high horsepower applications. All new TCI internals were used..it was designed to be manually shifted, but still has capability of auto shifting if you want to be lazy. The car just plain runs and drives perfect. It’s always been over maintained. Even though I only put around 500 miles a year on it, I still change all the fluids every spring. Please feel free to come take a look in person before bidding and NO, you may NOT drive it…so please don’t waste my time. I will take any serious buyers for a ride if desired. No disappointments with this car. Scammers do not bother….seriously! This car will not leave my shop until my local bank verifies funds in my account, in person. PERIOD! If you have less than 10 feedbacks, do not bother bidding until we have spoken. This is a legally binding agreement to purchase. So if you bid, you need to PAY! $1,500.00 deposit due within 48 hours of auction end. I will be happy to assist in shipping the car, I’ll consider delivering within a 100 mile radius for a fee.
