hey all. I have a 68 Cougar. Just pulled the engine and trans for the bodywork. Both are in good condition.
I live in saint louis, but go to school in rolla, missouri. The engine and trans are in stl, but if you would rather pick them up in rolla ill need advanced notice to get them trucked down here. Add $30 for gas if you want me to truck one or both of them to rolla.
Engine - Not seized up, but needs to be rebuilt. The starter broke when i took it off, but you can have all the other accessories. Alt, A/C, PS, and the carb are yours. If you want the radiator, add $50. If you want the stand that its on, add $60. Asking $300 obo.
Trans - Its a pre 1970 C4 3 speed. I think it has been rebuilt, or at least freshened up. The seal on the input shaft looks good, and seems to operate as it should, though i have never driven the car. torque converter included. Asking $400, obo.
