Just picked up a set of 69 302 heads with 1.94 1.60 valves, Upgraded of coarse to this size. Plan on putting a XE262H cam in with them. They are the 58cc heads. It should up my compression as well. Plan on keeping the bottom end stock for now. Since it only has 50k on it.Should wake up that stock 82 5.0 quite a bit. Hope I dont run into any problems with valve clearance.
