so there isnt really an advantage another then the bolts securing the window?
I was just wondering cause Im looking at new glass for my 69 and some vendors say I need to convert to 70 style glue in while others sell new bolt in style.
Well, you can get whatever glass you want, you don't "have" to change. It involves more than glass, the brackets and risers need to be changed, too. Possibly they just want to scam you for more money.
