69 Torino disc brakes?

They will, but you will have to change you outer Tie Rods to a 67-69 style.
I think the calipers are the same though.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.

He will also need to use 69 type rotors, seals, and bearings since 67-69 had the same small axle pin, also used in 65-66, while 70 uses the larger pin like on Granada. The geometry of the 69, 70, and Granada types are identical. Between 69 or 70 spindle, the 70 type is preferable.

Performance zealots will warn against this swap because of Bumpsteer issues, but this problem is only appearent when several extreme mods are made to the suspension at the same time (lowering control arms more than 1", cutting springs, extremely wide tires). You may need to grind/cut off 3/16" from the end of the existing inner tie rod and new outer tie rod threads to make toe adjustability sure.
