On '71 to'73 Mustang with staggered rear shocks I know that the drivers side shock is behind the axle while the passenger side is in front of the axle. To do this the drivers side lower shock mount is different than the standard. My question is if the upper shock mount is in a different location as well?
I ask because I have a lower mount and I can't seem to get the shock to mount in the upper location and yet I've been told by more than one person it should. Am I crazy or are the people (not Stangnet) giving me the advice wrong? HELP!
