76 ghia mpg

a friend offered me a 76 ghia it has mpg on the fenders all stock, rough body has a v-6, brown paint, tan interoir. is this a rare option or should I leave this one alone? do you think its a c4 trans? thanks for any info.

The MPG is a pretty rare model. I don't think it's "worth" anything more than the vanity of having one. I'd look at it like any other II; if it's something you want to get involved with, then go for it .

It was my understanding that the MPG models were base coupes? Never seen a Ghia version, but then I've only ever laid eyes on 2. The last one was sliding off the back of a flatbed at the scrapyard we haul our junk metal to

me too I thought it was a striped 4 banger, manual tranny with ~2.50 rears

very strange it is an automatic with the v-6 it has wood grain interior and it has a short center counsel.
