ok i snapped an axle last weekend at the track and when i tore it apart i found that i also had a chunk out of one of the small spider gears. i got another whole carrier from a friend and it turned out to be a 31 spline out of an explorer..now i know that the center pin is alot bigger in the 31 housing but can i use the side gears out of the 28 spline and the smaller gears out of the 31 (also use the 31 carrier so the pin will fit)..i am cutting it close, only three more days till race time
