83 4 speed hatch; Cam?

I dont want to tear into my stang until I know for sure if it is a roller motor or a flat tappet. It is my daily driver currently and want to do a cam, lifter and pushrod swap. Is there a way to tell if it is a roller or flat tappet without pulling the intake off? I need to know so I can have everything I need to do the swap since it is myy daily driver I cant afford to be wrong on what it is and have my car down for more than the 1 night it will take me to do the swap.

And after getting the cassting # off the block how do I find out if it is a roller or flat tappet from there?
