83 mustang tail lights

I have an 89 mustang gt and i really like the 83 and 84 mustang tail lights. can i buy just the lenses or do i have to buy the entire tail light assembly? what would i search for to find what im looking for?

You can get the lenses only and swap them over. They're tricky sometimes and easily breakable, but if you take your time and go slowly it's no problem.
