85 5.0 injectors wont kick

Got spark has fuel pressure in tbi, but injectors have low voltage. Car ran good the guy who owned it hooked battery up backwords, I got the car cheap. (1985 5.0 Ragtop) Not sure whare to look for problem. Thanks.

Look for 12 volts on the red wires for the injectors. Look for 12 volts on the Orange/black wire on the ECC relay.
