I was planning on dropping my exhausts and cutting the cats out, and thought while I was messing around with the emissions system to delete my smog pump and run a shorter belt. If I were to do this would I have to worry about my EGR or anything else electrical aside from the smog pump? Would I have to get it tuned without a smog pump?

EGR is separate from the air pump system. The EGR solenoid is the top, larger solenoid on the rear of the pass tower. The two lower side by side solenoids operate the TAB abs TAD for the air pump. They can be deleted and the vac lines capped, but leave the EGR lines intact

no tune needed. You’ll get codes but they don’t effect how the engine runs
