86 gt to mass air problems

I am trying to help a friend, he has no access to the internet so i am posting for him.

For starters he is using a ford racing kit to switch over. He is having two problems, there are two conecters coming from the eec by the brakebooster, and only one brown one to connect it to. Directions say to splice them off the old connector and put them in the new one. I have not seen it but he says only 5 of the 8 wires collors match. Any help with this would be aprieciated.

The other problem is the fuel relay, his is under the drivers seat wile the other is by the eec. How does he get these to work.

You will probobly have to explain thoughaly because i know little about this stuff.

The fuel pump relay under the hood is supposed to be the live one.

thanks, This has been a 6 month build up, buying parts and puting them on, these are the last two things befor the fist drive, getting pritty excited.
