86 high idle

i have a 86 convertible 5.0 with an idle around 1500.
idle was fine before around 800,but timing was 6ish BTDC ran like crap lots of hesitation. set it to 11 BTDC. runs wayyy better. but idle is 1500. do i just go ahead and adjust the screw(cant find it). all hoses and vaccum lines connected no leaks. can anyone help me identify where the screw is (pictures inserted)
