Does anyone know if there is a difference between 87-93 5.0 headlight harnesses? Got a 91 in need of a new alternator/headlight harness and need to check compatability. Thanks

if i remember the 90-93 light harness has the air bag harness in it. my friend was looking for a new full car harness and my friend had one out of a 93 car and the other car was a 89 and it was not the same
That's kinda what I thought. I have a 4cyl harness right now and don't know if it's really a good idea to lengthen a couple of my alternator harness wires to the other side if the car.
Alright, I only need to lengthen the green wire w/red stripe. I'm wiring up a 3g alternator so I need to pick up thick guage stuff at Interstate tomorrow. The yellow wire will need an in line fuseable link. I have a 3g alternator harness so this will be easy. The 4banger harness will work great.
