Im restoring an 87 GT T-Top car and was wondering if anyone can tell me where a guy can buy full length outer door skins. All I can find is the repair piece for the bottom of the door. My doors are rust bubbling quite badly from in behind the outer door moulding. The car is quite solid otherwise and is so far all original and id like to keep as much original parts on it as possible. If anyone has bought or knows where i can order these skins id sure appreciate it.

I have not seen any place that sells just the skins. You may need to cut the skins from another door. T-top doors are hard to come by in good shape and run an arm and a leg.

convertible doors are the same for t-top cars. Find a good rust free or better condition vert door they are out there. Full door skins are about impossible to find and i hate those repair panels.
Found a Latemodel Restoration catalog from 2003 and the skins were in there but not on there site now. Im guessing they had some left over NOS skins. Im sure right after i get these doors stripped, blasted, cut, welded, filled, primed and painted that within a few weeks some company will have reproduced the skins again........

Like he said....just find yourself some vert doors, They can be had for under $50 easy usually. Look on craigslist or for someone parting out an old vert or something
