You'll need to swap the input shaft and bearing retainer out for one from a 90-93 t-5 unit. Then it will bolt into your current fox 5.0 bellhousing.
Later V6's went electronic speedo, but you should be able to tell if you have a mechanical or electronic speedo by looking at it.
