Hello all, first time posting looking for info for 4 lug rear disc swaps. Currently swapping my 5.0/T5 out of another fox (rusted away) into a new to me 4 cyl lx car. While im swapping rear axles 7.5-8.8 I want to do a rear disc brake conversion. I am not currently able/interested in a 5 lug swap as i already have all of the 4 lug stuff from the 5.0 car and am trying to stay "budget friendly". I was interested in putting 93 rear cobra brakes on my 8.8 while it is out to swap to the new lx car. Some questions I have are:
Will 93 cobra calipers/brackets rotors work on normal fox length axles?
Can i use the 93 cobra stainless brake line kit from classic tube? As with the car disassembled i want to put new brake lines in and the kit comes with the axle tube to rubber hose lines

I plan to use everything off of LMR including the cobra master and booster, the brake line kit, the 93 cobra caliper axle brackets, calipers and so on and so forth. Just want inputs before pulling the trigger to see if everything works

That is…until I whipped out my Bissell

You can use the 93 cobra brakes with stock axles as long as you use these offset brackets.

I beleive you will need a small spacer to fit inside the rotor to ride on the axle hub. It would be an 2.25" ID/2.5" OD spacer ring.

After that it's standard 93 cobra rear calipers/rotors brake lines along with the booster and MC

Alright thats what I thought because i was planning on getting all the cobra stuff and then buying the classic tube cobra brake line kit to go right from the new MC to the axle lines for the rubber hoses
