87 LX T TOP

Ok guys heres the deal. I need some opinions here to help me decide what I want to do. I have an 87 lx t top but I really want a notch. Im just not sure what it would be worth as a roller. Its got pretty decent paint on it and the body has around 60k on it. It has 4.30 in the rear and subframes. I removed all the hvac stuff under the dash and converted it over to mass air. For the right trade or price I might even let it go with the 90/10, 50/50 and 4 cyl springs in it. Basically im asking what you guys think I could get for this or if anyone would consider any trades for this. Also again another stupid question what do you think it would be worth whole? The bottom end is going to need to be replaced because the oil pressure is reading low but heres a list of everything its got if I sold it complete:

I dont know if I want to go with t tops again because I do a lot of street racing and I think I want a solid roof car but who knows.
