88 5.0 HELP!!!

I recently bought an unmolested 5.0 its an 88 with 80000 on it. Im having a problem with itstarting/ idleing. I have replaced IAC, cap/rotor, plugs wires fuel pump ignition control mod. Dont know what else to try? injectors, tps, timing. All the car had done to it was accel coil. Please help want to get problem ironed out before i rip the top end off, and start giving her the power that she deserves. oh yeah this car is maf.
 
Check for vacuum leaks around manifold. And Sometimes if your engine runs really rich when you first start it up it causes it to stumble or run rough. Air filter dirty? EGR valve dirty or not functioning. This is why I don't really like EFI because one symptom could be 1 of 100 things! Check PCV valve and spark arrestor (little filter under pcv), check TPS voltage, Check timing, Check fuel pressure replace fuel filter, Check cap, rotor, plugs, and wires, MAP sensor, Or you can try taking cables off battery for 30mins to reset computer. I did this on a buddies Stang and it fixed the problem. Dirty fuel injectors. This is a list of the things that I could remember from Snap-On ShopKey when I was looking for troubleshooting for my friends Mustang.
 
found problem today wire coming from coil to cap was junk also replaced tps because ive changed everything else anyhow. car now starts and runs like a new car. All i have to do now is wait till Jan. to replace the top end. Thank the heavens for emission exempt after 20 yrs in wisconsin!
