So you're the one who got that car. I seen it for sale on www.xtrememustangs.com & it wasn't there long, lol. Did you find it there? If not .... you should drop by there sometime & join up. It is mostly a NC/SC mustang board. Congrats on the new car & good luck with the build up!

Call me crazy but why not just drop in a 03-04 cobra engine and trans. It would really set you apart from 99% of the foxbodies out there, and be very streetable for about the same cost.

If i was gonna go modular I would have stuck with my previous plans with my previous car. I had a 96 Stang... hence the screen name... I was gonna do a built 5.4 build with a turbo like I saw in this one issue of 5.0 magazine. I'm 100% pushrod oriented now.

Yeah, i found it on undergroundracing.com... friend of a friend and such. Decided to do a str8 swap for my old car. See sig. Blower had gone south on me and i didn't have any money to rebuild it (college senior = poverty). I figured he had a great rolling chassis that was in a direction I've been wanting to go for a long time. I'll check out those boards after class tonight.
