I am looking to buy a 1988 Gt t top 5 speed with a 347 stroker engine cammed 4:10 5 lug 2001 cobra wheels remote start newer blue paint all around nice car 150,000 on car oh yeah new ford racing t5 also with 60,000on engine and tranny is 6,000 about right for the guys asking price, it can be seen o ebay right now item 250218178698

347 stroker huh? why the hell would you keep the stock upper and lower intake?

and the motor seems really dirty to have just been pulled and to of had the machine work to a 347 done. those are just two things that caught my eye of the back....ask him for proof or pictures of the motor if he cant...id steer clear...it looks good though.

also noticed the juffy lube sticker on the fan cover...i dont know about any of you buy jiffy lube is the last place on earth i would be having servicing my 347.

if it is local to you...go look at it in person.

$4500 tops IMHO

Milage on body is too high, and what's with the auction claiming 60K miles, and 15K on the engine but you said it had 150K??

Here is the story I got the current owner took it in on trade for some fancy harley cash plus the mustang he is into lifted trucks and never really liked the mustang this kind of explains the jiffy lube I don't think any of the owners have physically done any of the work tothis ride again the jiffy lube, i think iwill check this one out

I guess the 68kis what the new saleen gauges read but since that has been replaced he estimates the higher mileage

I just drove 17 hours with a psycho girlfriend of a friend of mine to look at this beauty, what an awesome car red door jambs red firewalll mako blue paint job , absolutely no body work performed pre spray, no gauges work includind speedo driver seat rocks bald tires noisy loud annoying engine gutless my almost stock 88 5.0 with exhaust and maf and underdrives would eat it uo, what else exhaust leak into cab burning my eyes, on the bright side it had mcdonalds smashed into carpet some poor sap is going to winthis auction and be extremely pissed off at least it will not be me t tops are cool but this was retarded
