88 Lincoln Town Car 5.0/302?

Is a 88 Lincoln Town car 302 a (302 HO)? What is the difference? Are the blocks the same? Sorry I am sure this question has been asked before.

No, standard output 5.0. 150ish HP?

Roller block, but e6 heads, e6 intake, firing order, smaller throttle body, smaller injectors, and uses batch fire injection in the ECU. I believe it lacks piston valve reliefs.
