Jegs or Summit, what you want is called Painless. All of it, some of it, whatever you need. I've never done one with their stuff, but guys I know like them.
I've checked ebay and it looks good. But I want to check out the prices of brand spanking new.

This is exactly what I was looking for. A replacement and upgrade. Bit pricey but major headache saver!
Mind if I ask what kind of stuff your buddies have used painless for?
If you're just looking for the engine harness for a mass air car, Ford Racing has one for a hell of a lot cheaper than Painless.

Unfortunately I'm looking to upgrade the wire system and don't want mass air. Currently I am unsure if my computer is blown and the wiring in this body I bought two years ago is a disaster.

Nah, I don't mind, brother! He suffered an underhood fire incident related to the N2O system, and went through the whole shebang, I think its a 331/Paxton now, he won't trust nitrous anymore. But the harness went in smooth as silk, 89 notch. Mass Air car, but I can only assume their SD setup is just as nice. Lengths were good, connectors great
