when they key is in the on position the fuel pump constanly runs. i tried replacing the relay and still the same problem. the car cranks fine but is hard to get started and when it is running black smoke pours out of the exhuast. the check engine light is on but i cannot get codes out of it. also if i listen to the injectors at idle with a stethascope it sounds like my 5.0 truck at WOT. both of these problems occured at the same time. i am lost and dont know where to go from here. fuel pressure is 40psi mass air car. anyone have any ideas?
