89 LX console work in a '90 LX?

Was wondering the 1989 cneter console bolts in place on the 1990. I know the only visual difference was the armrest delete on the 1990s. Which I want back anyway. Just want to make sure Ford didn't change any mount points from 89 to 90.

The control knobs have different mounting points.

So the entire control knob mounting plate from a 1990 won't bolt in to a '89? Cause I would be transfering over the shifter plate and HVAC/RADIO plates to the '89.
