89 LX with some hatch and door problems please help

I have a 89 LX and recently i noticed my back hatch was a little off alignment and tried to adjust it by looseing one of the hinges and now it wont even close i need some advice please also my doors are not lining up properly i think they need new bushings any tips?

I pulled the striker out and then aligned the hatch with the hinges, when it was straight I re-installed the striker where it needed to be.

Adjust the striker and latch more than the hinges. Try to find that happy medium where the hatch closes tightly and as straight as you can get it, but without having it so tight that there is tension on the latch. Adjusting the latch/striker will suck the hatch over into position...those hinges are pretty flexible.

As for your doors, do a door pin/bushing replacement and some new weatherstripping. Should be good as new.
