I just wanted to know if anyone here has tried the 50 watt 895 bulbs in place of the 35 watt 899 bulbs for their foglights. Also, if anyone has done this are they also running the foglight switch mod to run with High Beams. Any comments on this. 
I'm considering going to 895s but I need to replace a 'socket' on passenger side that the 895/899 bulbs plug into. I've looked everywhere online and cannot seem to find this item. I'll probably either have to buy a complete harness just to take one socket, or find a wrecked GT/Cobra in a junkyard and see if I can find a good socket to cut off there.
