91 5.0 ECM and wiring

Sorry this is my first post and its not exactly related to a mustang, its rather a 5.0L HO from a Lincoln but i figured you guys would know best. I need to get this motor running on a stand. I have the ECM and harness from the Lincoln. Is the Ford service cd worth getting? I need some diagrams, i want to fire it up on a stand and later down the road drop the motor in my F150 and use the ECM from the lincoln, while just leaving the F150's ECM as intact as possible. If not i'll say to hell with it and drop a 4BT in

Don't know if they will work for the Linclon EEC, but I have a full color EEC wiring diagram at:

Thanks! I just wonder if it'll run bad with some of the stuff missing, like the evap canister and such. I basically just want this motor to run self sustained.... Wonder if its possible, if not i guess i'll just drop a 4Bt in.
