i got a 91fox body, the other day i went to disengage the clutch and it felt like the cable snapped ( cable, clutch and quadrant are all stock!) not knowing theproblem i was forced to drive home with no clutch, i dropped the tranny only to find out my throwout bearing was in peices and had worn an 1/8in groove in the bearing retainer shaft, well not being able to find one i just installed it all... back on point.. before i hooked up the starter and exhaust, i decided to install the new stock cable first and see how the clutch felt, well all i get is a loud clicking with no clutch at all, is the quadrant stripped? if so, how do i go about remving it and installing a zoom aluminum quadrant with the adjustable cable?? do i have to remove the entire dash? any help is greatly appreciated!!
. So, you reinstalled the trashed TB and bearing retainer?
